The new name, branding and website lead the way in our refreshed commitment to our mission. Meredith McRoberts , our CEO, who has been actively running the company for a little over a year, states, “Our vision is to serve customers for life with the most appropriate technology solutions for each use case. The company’s mission is to mitigate its clients’ life-safety risks through technology while upholding the founding McRoberts principle of complete customer satisfaction.”
The new branding is a harbinger of the innovation on the roadmap. Stay tuned for announcements on new MyChild tags, a new solution for tracking outside the protected unit, a new MyChild software version that will be unlike any other on the market, and new, more convenient training options. McRoberts Technologies is committed to constant improvement of its solutions and processes for the benefit of its value clients.
New Customer Service Department!
McRoberts has created a Customer Service Department and promoted its most experienced account representative, Faro LevySmith, to the position of Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Department fills in where Technical Support, Fulfillment or Accounting may not be the right place for questions or concerns, or if the issues overlap. 

Not sure who to call? Call Customer Service and you will be directed to the right place. Each customer service issue generates a ticket that is tracked to completion and full customer satisfaction. Since establishing the Customer Service Department, customer satisfaction has improved dramatically!

Meet the McRoberts Field Techs!
McRoberts technicians are highly qualified and experienced
and provide top-notch customer service.
Dwayne Francis
Based out of CHQ in New Jersey, Dwayne’s skills include installing and servicing CAT5E/CAT6 cabling and installing low-voltage electronics. He is currently studying CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+, as well as ITIL standards. He studied at Bergen Technical School in New Jersey. 

Jack Lupone
Based in California, Jack has been a trusted expert at McRoberts for over a decade. He has installed and serviced hundreds of MyChild systems across the country. Jack studied Electronics Manufacturing Engineering at Northeastern University.

Roger Nicholas
Based out of CHQ in New Jersey, Roger holds an A+ certification and is skilled in Windows 2008 R2, Microsoft SQL express and Standard, Windows 7-10, MS Office Suite, Linux, MAC OS, X, and Sierra. He studied Information Systems, Cyber Security and Digital Forensics.
Dean Murdock
Based out of CHQ in New Jersey, Dean is certified as a Level I Installer of network cable following completion of the BICSI training program at New York City College of Technology in Brooklyn, N.Y. Dean has knowledge of standards from ANSI/TIA/EIA and NEC and experience in pulling electrical, data and low-voltage wire. He holds a BA in from Michigan State.

Michael Samulde
Based in California, Michael has been with McRoberts for over a decade, serving first in operational management and then moving to the technical team, where he has worked under senior technician Jack Lupone. Michael studied electronics and technology at DeVry University.
