2022-2023 Room Parent Volunteers

Would you like to be a room parent for the 2022-2023 school year? If so, the Meadowbrook PTO is looking for you!

Room parents are an important link between your child’s teacher, the parents of other children in the class, and the PTO. The primary purpose of a room parent is to recruit other parents to assist with a variety of functions and activities.

Some of the responsibilities of a room parent include:
  • Communicate with classroom teacher and classroom parents
  • Coordinate parents to host and/or help with the classroom parties (Halloween, Holiday, and Valentine’s Day)
  • Recruit parents to chaperone field trips
  • Recruit parents to work at school events/programs such as Special Lunch, Fall Fest, etc...

If you would like to volunteer your time and energy, please complete this form and submit it by Friday, May 27th.

Please note that forms will be date stamped as they are submitted and priority will be given in the order received. Please include a second choice, if possible, since we may have multiple requests for the same classroom. Room parent assignments will be determined in August.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Erin Dineen (262) 352-3746 or at Erin.Dineen@gmail.com.
