Italian Sausage Link
Pasture raised pork seasoned with the classics of fennel, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes. This mild Italian is perfect stewed or on a bun.
Andouille Sausage
An uncured (nitrate free) smoked andouille, balancing garlic with cayenne pepper for a Cajun classic.
Smoked Kielbasa
A smoked Polish classic, featuring a balance of black pepper, garlic, and marjoram. Great with kraut, mustard, or served alongside potatoes or pierogis.
Cheddar Jalapeno Brat Burgers
This is a new recipe for this year. We start with lean pork and fold in heavy whipping cream for a moist and tender patty. Grassfed smoked cheddar cheese and a touch of jalapeno are added for a hint of spice and an oozy bite.
Spinach Feta Chicken Brats
Pasture raised chicken is ground up with organic spinach and cased in natural hog casings with goat feta cheese folded in. This vibrant sausage is a balance of earthiness of the spinach and salt from the spinach.
