We are nearing the end of the summer season, and we have been starting to stock pile the meat and veggies into our freezer to make it through the winter. We are full...so we put together some price-saving bundles to help move out some product and allow you to start filling your freezer for the fall!

All bundles are a minimum of 15% off of retail value; some, like the bone broth pack that requires more work from the home cook, is an even deeper discount (33%).

Bundles are available in the online shop in the "Bundle Sale Promotion" category.

Bundles will be delivered next week -- Wed, Oct 6 thru Saturday, Oct 9.

You can order the bundles through the usual shopping deadline (Tuesday, at 11:59pm). Some bundles are limited in quantity and once it sells out it will no longer appear on the website.

We didn't want to hold back on this bundle so the kitchen whipped up a new bread, yeasted apple bread (as opposed to a quick bread) using local apples and organic local pastry flour. This bread is excellent on its own, or I challenge you to use it for a French Toast.

Strawberry stuff. I don't want to call it a a jam or a sauce because that limits the uses. It's a loose set strawberry jam using local organic strawberries, organic sugar, and a touch of pectin. This jam is lightly sweetened, allowing the acid and flavor of the strawberries to shine.

Enjoy it on your toast or biscuit, over pancakes, on ice cream, or as a base for an agro-dolce on pork chops. This "stuff" has endless uses compared to a traditional jam.
