Dedicate Golisano Center for Community Health on Thursday June 9th
Niagara Falls, NY-- June 3, 2016--The Golisano Foundation and Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center will dedicate the new Golisano Center for Community Health at
11 a.m. Thursday, June 9.
Located at 533 10th St., adjacent to Memorial's ER1 Emergency Department/Heart Center of Niagara, the $7 million Golisano Center is the first and only Western New York center dedicated to providing integrated health care to people
with special needs, especially those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The center, supported by a $3.5 million grant from philanthropist and businessman Tom Golisano, brings primary care, behavioral health services and Health Home care management services together under one roof, thereby dismantling traditional silos and providing an environment conducive to multidisciplinary team care and coordination.
