Casa Latina Expands to South King County – Responds to Economics Needs
As inflation and costs of living rise, Casa Latina expands its employment program to Federal Way
The 28-year-old nonprofit Casa Latina is expanding outside of Seattle as the cost of living rises and many families seek more affordable housing in South King County On Thursday, the organization is hosting an open house to celebrate the opening of their new second location in Federal Way. Casa Latina staff will share their vision for the new location. A resident of South King County will be available to share her perspective about what the expansion to South King County means to her family and the wider Latinx immigrant community.
