DETAILS:
Approximately 325 K - 12 students in specialized programs and 300 staff members will be returning to hybrid/in-person learning across the Rochester City School District tomorrow morning.
Media must arrive no later than 7:05 a.m. to ensure everyone's safety.
7:05 a.m. - Media arrival (please park at the school's main entrance off Colfax Street and set up cameras outside so you are able to film students entering the building when buses begin to arrive at 7:15.)
7:15 a.m. - Buses arrive with students (Space will be made available for media to walk and stand far back from buses to get footage from Edison's bus loop)
7:30 a.m. - School Starts
Shortly after school starts, media will be escorted through the main entrance of the building and will be required to sign-in and undergo a temperature screening and any other safety protocols. From there, media will then be given the opportunity to film and view a model classroom. Principal Jacob Scott will be available for interviews.
8:10 a.m. - Media availability concludes (for the safety of our students and staff, no visitors/media will be allowed into the building after this time)
