Town Offers Eaglecrest Land for Sale

The Town of Qualicum Beach is inviting offers to purchase up to 0.35 hectare (0.86 acres) of land located on Blind Bogey Drive in the Eaglecrest Neighbourhood.


This is a rare opportunity to acquire subdividable land backing directly onto covenant-protected green space. The property benefits from an established road network and is located across the road from Eaglecrest Golf Course, which is currently being reconfigured into a regulation par 35 course.


Zoned Residential 1 (R1), the zoning permits a range of low-density housing options, including single detached dwellings, duplexes, and houseplexes. A Preliminary Layout Acceptance is already in place for a five-lot subdivision; however, the Town is open to alternative subdivision designs that comply with current zoning regulations.


The Town is offering flexibility in the sale, with the option to purchase the land either serviced or unserviced. If sold prior to servicing, the land cannot be used for residential purposes until servicing is completed. Engineering design work has been undertaken.


Interested parties are invited to submit offers for the parcel, either in its entirety or as individual lots, to the Town by June 5, 2026. Submissions must include:

  • Proposed purchase price
  • Preference for serviced or unserviced land
  • Company name and relevant project experience
  • Intended use of the land
  • Proposed construction timeline

 

While price will be a key consideration, it will not be the sole determining factor in evaluating submissions.
