Reminder: The deadline for filing the FCC Form 499-Q and supporting documents is approaching. Providers must report actual revenues from the last quarter and project revenues for the next quarter. For affected providers, 499-Q filings and recordkeeping are mandatory; non-compliance may result in fines and penalties.

BEAD State Reports Roundup - February 5, 2025 Update

States having broadband coordination meetings occurring or planned are: Alaska, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah. More details about the activities occurring in the states named above and those that follow can be found in updated state reports that are now posted on the BEAD State/Territory Implementation Tracker:  Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Missouri, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, and Utah.


Important updates in the reports include California’s BEAD Subgrantee Prequalification phase, which will open on March 25, and will end on April 9, 2025. Oregon’s BEAD Prequalification phase will open on February 12, 2025.
