UnitedHealthcare Donates Bags to Elementary School Kids in Davenport
UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Iowa (UHC) recently donated hundreds of bags to students at Hayes Elementary and Filmore Elementary schools in Davenport.
The bags were filled with colored pencils, drawing pads, rulers, crayons, folders and erasers to help students remain active and engaged in the classroom this school year.
UHC has made a series of donations to schools across Iowa this year, contributing funds to build a new playground facility in Davenport, coats and other clothing items to elementary students in Sioux City and Waterloo, and summer vacation kits to schools in Cedar Rapids.
