Critical Rule Changes and Ethics Tips from the Region XV Disciplinary Committee

Effective January 1, 2019, the Missouri Supreme Court made major changes to the ethical rules regarding flat fees and handling of trust funds that affect almost all areas of legal practice. Join Kevin Rapp and Patty Shilling, Office of Chief Disciplinary Special Representatives for the Region XV Disciplinary Committee for a discussion of these important rule changes. Kevin and Patty will also provide ethical tips and practice pointers from the practicing attorneys who compromise the Committee along with insight about the legal profession from the non-laywers who serve on the Committee.
