If you are a Basic Option member enrolled in Medicare Part A & B, make sure you receive your reimbursement for 2018 and 2019. Each member on your contract with Part A & B is eligible for a $600 reimbursement account. You have until December 31 of the following benefit year to submit your claim for reimbursement (i.e. 12/31/2019 is the deadline for the 2018 reimbursement). If you submitted proof of payment last year, you will not need to do so again this year. You will be able to determine if the reimbursement is available/satisfied for each year on the online portal.

In order to continue providing the best possible service, we want to set clear expectations for our clients. This includes a reminder of our processing timelines. The specified time frames that follow indicate our anticipated maximum, not to say the request will necessarily take that long.

  • Email Response: Expect a response from our staff withing two (2) business days and from our advisors within five (5) business days.

  • Return Phone Call: Please keep in mind the advisors spend the majority of their time in appointments with clients like you. They run meetings back-to-back from 9:00 - 5:00 most days, leaving extremely limited time. Most phone calls can be handled by our staff, but if you need to speak with your advisor, we can schedule a call back. Please do not expect this to happen the day of, or even the next day. We may schedule a call back when availability allows, unless, of course, there is an urgent matter. If our staff is not able to assist and you require a call back from your advisor, it is immensely helpful to email them in the meantime with your questions or concerns.

  • Request for Funds: Please request at least 15 days before needed. (*Please note, funds may take longer to receive depending on settlement periods, bank processes, etc.)

  • Service Requests: (beneficiary change forms, change of address, etc.) We will send you the necessary paperwork within 5-7 business days of notification.

  • Requests for Account Statements: Expect to receive statements within three (3) days.

  • IRA Contributions: If you mail a contribution check for the prior year to our office, we need to receive not later than March 31.

  • Appointments: Expect to schedule 3-4 weeks out, with the exception of urgent matters.

  • Annual Review Appointments: You will receive an email and phone call the month prior to your birth month to schedule your annual review. We will attempt to reach you a maximum of three times.

No login is required - you simply click the link, enter your name and email, and upload your document.

If you have the Mason & Associates app installed on your phone, it will no longer work. Since we created our new website, the app is no longer necessary.
