Congratulations to Highland High School senior Kelly Lewis, who was selected as Highland's Student of the Month for September. Kelly is the daughter of Heather and Melvin Lewis of Sharon Township.

Poverty affects all aspects of life, including the menstrual cycle for teenage girls. Lack of menstrual products and access to laundry make a difficult situation often unbearable. SPARK Medina is helping to address this problem by providing period products to schools throughout Medina County.
