Nourishing Meditations
Monday Mornings in Noe Valley
8-Week Series: April 15th to June 10th
Mondays: 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
In this 8-week series we will practice a variety of meditation methods that help us to feel supported and nourished. When we feel tense, exhausted, or intensely affected by our emotions, meditation helps us to feel balanced, relaxed, and even joyful. And if you believe your mind is too jumpy to meditate, don't worry--this class is for you!

Our practice session s will include:
  • Calm-Abiding Meditation
  • Melting Into Earth Meditation
  • Expansive Embodiment Practice
  • Gentle meditational movement (see video)
This class is offered as a 8-session series. Remote participation via mp3 recording is also available. All participants will receive recordings of all sessions so that you can practice the meditations at home with guidance, or in case you have to miss a class.

Space is limited, so please register early. The course fee is: $180.
