Dear Medworks Community,
The Board of Directors of Medworks, which helps uninsured and underinsured Northeast Ohioans access free healthcare, is pleased to announce the promotion of Charnell Robertson-Chapman as its Executive Director, beginning May 1, 2022.
Charnell has worked in the healthcare field for over 10 years as a sound leader. She was recently hired to work for Medworks in January, 2022 as the Program Director. She has extensive experience in leadership, healthcare management, crisis intervention, and project management.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a master’s degree in Health Administration - Healthcare Management from The University of Phoenix.
Charnell enjoys being an ambassador in the community where she can build relationships with other providers, social community organizations and marketing partners. She currently is a Board Member of the Greater Cleveland Reach Out and Read.
Outside of work, Charnell enjoys spending time with her family and friends—her husband Ken, and children, Jordan (23), Chase (20), Kenyon (12) and Kendall (7). She also enjoys cooking, baking, interior design, fitness, and wellness.
The entire Medworks team is extremely excited that Charnell will use her creativity, innovative ideas, and collaborative efforts to meet changing health needs of the community. We look forward to introducing Charnell to the broader Medworks community in the coming weeks.
