Arnold Jolivet, Manager, Supplier Diversity Program for UMB

The University of Maryland Baltimore (UMB) is one of Baltimore’s anchor institutions on the west side of downtown and an economic engine that fuels Maryland’s growth. Uniquely, its domain covers various professional schools of higher education including law, medicine, nursing, and pharmacy. Their office of procurement has purview over the professional schools and several other state universities as part of the University of Maryland Systems. Today we have the pleasure to interview Arnold Jolivet, II, Manager of the Supplier Diversity Program. Mr. Jolivet is the son of the late Arnold Jolivet, Sr., the most renowned local minority business advocate, and crusader in Maryland and perhaps America has known. Please enjoy this interview because rarely in the field of social economic engineering inclusion, is there any form of supplier diversity family succession.
