NEW IBERIA, La. -- Hat maker Colby Hebert just opened his shop, Colby Hebert Chapeaux, in New Iberia's Church Alley, closer to the St. Peter Street side.
Once you enter the custom hat making studio, it's like you've taken a trip back in time to New Orleans! The experience alone is worth it! Hebert produces all styles of hats, specializing in more eccentric and unique modern styles.
During the consultation process, you can assist in "co-creating" your hat, or simply allow the hatter to work his magic and create something unique to you!
Colby Hebert has been involved in the fashion industry for three years, and has been making custom hats since July 1, 2016, in New Iberia. He's made just as many hats for women as for men, and all of varying ages.
