Meet Ivy!

This sweet pup came to ACL as a stray from Oak Park in July, and she was pregnant. When she gave birth a little while later, her puppies were absolutely adorable—a fact that surprised no one. But now, six months later, Ivy is an empty-nester. With all her babies in homes of their own, it's time to get this wonderful mama dog adopted!

Ivy has been living in a foster home with kids for the past few months, and she has been doing an amazing job. She's a fantastic family dog, and as you can see, she also has the most loving face you could ask for. With her foster family unable to continue looking after her, we'd love to send Ivy straight to her forever home rather than back to the shelter. Can she go straight to your house? If so, fill out a dog adoption questionnaire to meet her!
