Meet Jason Hendsch

Meet Jason, a key player on the Trace Register sales team known for his infectious positivity and enthusiasm. His energy and dedication make him an invaluable team member. Get to know more about Jason!

What do you do for Trace Register clients?

I am an account executive with a regional focus on LATAM. I work with our partners throughout the entire sales process.

Could you tell us about the geography in which you work?

I live and work in Manta, Ecuador, South America. Manta is a busy port city on Ecuador’s Pacific coast, known for its beautiful beaches and fresh seafood. It’s a modern city, but with a laid-back vibe.

What do you like best about your job, and what is the most meaningful?

I really enjoy seeing our partners realize that traceability can improve sales and increase market access in our global seafood industry.

What are some of your favorite activities when you’re not helping clients?

I’m a lifelong waterman. I probably learned to swim before I could walk! I spend all my free time in the ocean and am currently hooked on hydrofoil sports (kite foil, surf foil, and tow foil).

What is your favorite fish or seafood dish?

“Encocado de mariscos” is a seafood stew with a coconut sauce from Ecuador. It is a dish I will never turn down!
