Celebrating Our Local Artist Volunteer and Donor
We are thankful to local artist and supporter, Ken Fiery.

Ken is a long-time volunteer and donor who dedicates his time to the Cynthia Day Family Center at Keystone Hall, where he teaches art to pregnant or parenting women recovering from substance misuse.

Knowing how art and beautiful surroundings affect our emotions, combined with his awareness of the PSL's many residential facilities, Ken saw a need going unfulfilled. Toward this end, he donated several framed original paintings from his personal art collection, along with relevant plaques and dedications to our supporters, members of our staff, and the Ending Homelessness Fund Committee.

To appreciate Ken's generous gift, please scroll down the page to view his work. Ken's words on why he selected each piece brings added dimension to this generous gift.
Greeley Park Stone Shelter painting with plaque in dedication to donor and long-time supporter "in gratitude to Alphonse Haettenschwiller."

Greeley Park Stone Shelter is dedicated to Alphonse Haettenschwiller "because both the man and the subject of the painting represent Nashua's finest. Alphonse has generously funded the art program at Keystone Hall out of his own pocket for all the years that I have been the art instructor there."
The Runaway painting with plaque of Robert Frost's poem of the same name for donors and long-time supporters "in gratitude to Dr. David & Peggy Gilmour"

The Runaway was selected for David and Peggy Gilmour and dedicated to their son. He was a lover of animals and student of wildlife, and worked at the Franklin Park Zoo.
January Sunrise painting with plaque in dedication to donors and long-time supporters “in gratitude to Robert & Hilary Keating”

January Sunrise was selected for Bob and Hilary Keating because they were so crucial in leading the way for the "Ending Homelessness Campaign" through Harbor Homes a few years ago. Like the symbol of the sun's earliest rays at the year's beginning, the Keatings took the lead for so many of us to follow.
Winter Apple Orchard painting with plaque "in gratitude to Peter Kelleher, Partnership for Successful Living President & CEO"

Winter Apple Orchard was selected for Peter Kelleher because both he and the subject represent New England's finest heritage. Peter's leadership of Harbor Homes and the apple industry have helped to make living here very rewarding.
