The Account Service Team is pleased to introduce MaryBeth Bailey, our new Account Service Representative (ASR). MaryBeth has been a school teacher for the last ten years and is excited to transition into the health insurance industry. February is American Heart Month

Nearly 16 million people in the U.S. have coronary heart disease. Of those, nearly 200,000 are in Arkansas. American Heart Month is a time to focus on our heart health and to get local communities and organizations involved in raising awareness to prevent heart disease.

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) requires us to make sure all communications with Protected Health Information (PHI) are secured. We use the Cisco Registered Envelope System, which detects PHI in the body of outgoing email and/or attachment(s), and encrypts the message and attachment(s).
