Mark coordinates thousands of payments each month (both collections & disbursements) and oversees the payout and discharge of all completed mortgage transactions.

Gabriel tracks closing timelines and requests funds for scheduled closings. Gabriel reports when direct investments have closed and coordinates renewals and extensions.

Giulia (Julia) is responsible for Hosper's weekly new deal offers and promotional updates for our investor network.

I lead the team (above) responsible for presenting, closing, and managing your investments with Hosper Mortgage. My goal is to spend more time meeting and speaking with new and existing investors, shifting the day-to-day activities to my exceptional team.

On the "other side" of the office, we are supported by a team of underwriters, broker relationship managers and back office team members. Our broker relationship managers work hand in hand with our underwriting team to ensure we are sourcing a constant flow of quality lending opportunities.

Our back office team assists with mortgage enforcement activities in the event of continued default. This effort is jointly coordinated between Hosper Mortgage and Richardson Law.

Our back office team oversees bookkeeping, financial management, and compliance. They work directly with our audit partners (MNP) to complete our annual financial audits and our securities lawyers (WeirFoulds LLP) to ensure compliance with our regulators.
