With a sharp financial mind and a heart rooted in her community, Tracey Triniwell steps into the role of CEO with a mission to inspire the next generation. She is focused on cultivating a supportive culture, ensuring safety, and amplifying the Club's story—demonstrating to every child that the sky is truly the limit.
Born and raised in Atlantic City, Tracey discovered her own potential helped by mentors like her guidance counselor, Michael Everett. “It is because of Michael that I was able to take advantage of every opportunity in high school,” says Tracey. “He was the one who showed me what was possible.”
She went on to earn her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in accounting at Howard University and a Master of Accountancy from Rutgers University. She started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in their Assurance & Advisory practice. Tracey joined AtlantiCare in 2010, spending more than a decade in roles of increasing responsibility. Always invested in the community, she became a mentor for the Champions of Youth program run by Michael Everett. In 2013, she joined the board of the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City.
“It was the board that asked me if I would be if I would consider the role of CEO,” she says. “It caught me by surprise because I had never thought about it, but understanding where we were and where we were headed, I knew that I could make a difference.”
