Kelly Merino is a Director with CBRE working with clients to develop commercial and retail space in the New York Metropolitan Area for over 10 years. Her experience spans from retail prototypes, to large commercial tenant fit-outs, build-to-suits, industrial, warehouse, and specialty projects.
Kelly has managed and directed teams on projects from coast to coast. She has spent nearly 20 years working for or on behalf of Fortune 500 firms, REITs, as well as city and state agencies. Her client sectors include banking, media, manufacturing, healthcare, consulting, consumer goods, municipal agencies on all levels – city, state and federal, and much more.
Kelly’s community spirit is evident in both professional and personal pursuits. Professionally, she’s known for being able to bring all stakeholders to the table to accomplish goals. In her spare time, Kelly loves to apply her project management and construction experience to give back to the community. Kelly is an advocate and sponsor for Friends of St. Dominic’s Home and The Bowery Mission. She is also always ready to lend a helping hand for a variety of organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Rebuilding Together NYC and New York Says Thank You.
Kelly is a member of Professional Women in Construction and NAHB Construction Management. She has a BS in Finance and Business Management from Plymouth State University and an MBA from Everglades University.
