ACE LLC announces its most recent graduates of the ACE Board Certification Program and soon to be Certified Board Candidates by Corporate Directors International.
Denver, July 10, 2023: ACE LLC is proud to present our latest cohort of qualified board candidates. These candidates have completed the curriculum and will have earned their board certification from Corporate Directors International (CDI, www.corporatedirectorsintl.com) by completing their CDI Certification Exam to qualify as a Certified Board Candidate for a public or private company.
The CDI exam certifies they have been trained and tested on the aspects of the rules and responsibilities of public or private corporate board directors in the areas of board governance, compliance, committee member roles, independence, regulations, risks, ESG and financial acumen.
