Welcome to the Team!

We are so excited to introduce you to the two newest members of our team!

Tiniera Turner-Green has joined us as the Project Navigator for Project RECONNECT.


Tiniera is a talented HR professional with an extensive background in corporate recruiting and staffing.


She earned a degree in business administration with a specialization in marketing from American Intercontinental University.


She serves as a member of the Coatesville City Council representing the 2nd Ward, on the Coatesville Parks & Recreation Commission, and as a board member on the Youth Aide Panel.


Tiniera is a dedicated mother of two daughters.

Abby Wisley joins us as a Project Coordinator, supporting AgConnect and STEM Innovation youth career exploration programs.


She graduated from Temple University with a degree in environmental studies and her specialties include environmental justice, sustainability, and horticulture.


Abby is an agriculture advocate and loves every animal and insect, enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking, and shopping local.


Abby has also worked in the restaurant industry and is an active community volunteer. She is a native of Chester Springs where she lives with her family and cat, Norman.

Financial Assistance Opportunities

EITC Details

The Education Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) application window opened July 3.


The Chester County Economic Development Foundation is an approved organization to receive EITC contributions. These funds support our STEM Innovation programs providing hands-on educational and career exploration activities to area youth.

Do you know someone who is just a few credits shy of completing a certificate or degree program? If so, we have a program to help.


Project RECONNECT is a one-of-a-kind program designed to help students who are ready to re-enroll in post secondary education, especially after having withdrawn from school due to a hardship.


Project RECONNECT removes many financial barriers and provides a pathway to successful completion of a degree or certificate.
