Neil Kline, Executive Director at Family Friendly Workplaces

Neil became the full-time Executive Director of Family Friendly Workplaces (FFW) in 2022, after part-time support since 2020. Under his leadership, FFW's employer certification program grew, and state grant funding was secured for talent attraction efforts. A Polk County native and UW-Madison graduate, Neil previously worked in banking and Wisconsin state government.
