Q Why USGN?
A There are so many reasons why I’m excited to join USGN. First, its success is amazing! Look at the impressive list of clients that are utilizing USGN every day! Second, so many more companies need what USGN offers. It’s just a matter of getting their attention. Third, USGN is poised and ready for tremendous growth. Our team is already expanding to successfully manage this growth. Finally, USGN is constantly designing new products to offer its current clients. There really is no limit to our future!
Q How does your business experience benefit USGN and its customers?
A I’ve spent most of my career meeting the needs of corporate retail, including construction! There is nothing more important than completing a project on-time, within budget, and with timely invoicing. These 3 elements are the core to success! My experiences with American Eagle, TJX, Kohl’s, Ross, and so many more have given me the insight that I now bring to USGN. In addition, I’ve worked for a variety of entities, including a small, privately-owned business and a very large publicly-traded corporation. Both were tremendous companies with very different ways to navigate to success. But the common thread has always been trusting relationships with people, both my teammates and my clients.
Q What other experiences have shaped your view of business?
A Having coached basketball at various levels has made me acutely aware of several things. I want my team to see and share my passion. I want them to know and believe in our goals. And I want them to have the tools necessary to reach those goals. There is nothing like winning and celebrating together! I am also blessed with a tremendous wife and family! Laura always knows just what to say to me and when to say it. Her spirit calms and energizes me at the same time. I hope that I can be that to my team.
