Meet Sam Higginbotham

Hometown ~ Bowling Green, Kentucky

My Core Values ~ My core values are respect and growth. I view respect as the root of many other core values. Without respect, you can’t have love, patience, leadership, peace, or compassion. I also believe there is always room for growth, so I always strive to be better tomorrow than I am today.

Working at American Pharmacies ~ I have been an Operations Analyst since May of 2022. Some of my duties are creating weekly pricing catalogs, compiling the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) slide deck, and managing several monthly reports. 

Working at American Pharmacies is the best job I’ve had. Our highly-collaborative work culture makes it easy to bond with my coworkers. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience with a company. I look forward to my future with American Pharmacies. 

All in the Family ~ We took in our cat Sopita early this year. She is very sweet and a great addition to the family! My sister also has a dog, Leroy. My family loves spending time together. We love hiking in Colorado when we visit my sister, brother-in-law, and their new baby. We get together as often as we can and enjoy each other’s company!

The Future of Pharmacy ~ I envision a stronger presence in the market that allows consumers in all sectors to have the personalized experience an independent pharmacy can offer.
