Meet the PanHellenic Scholarship Foundation Staff!
Vasiliki Panos
Senior Director
Vasiliki has been a part of the PanHellenic since January 2021 and serves as Senior Director. In this role, she will continue to support the foundation's vision through her leadership and management of the Foundation's staff, while overseeing the fundraising and operational responsibilities of the PanHellenic. She is a 2020 graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago where she studied Integrated Health Studies. She looks forward to leading the PanHellenic in fulfilling its mission of bettering America through Education and Hellenism.

Elizabeth Danielides
Director of Scholarships
Elizabeth is excited to serve as our new Director of Scholarships. 
She resides in Oak Brook and is married with three children. Elizabeth graduated from DePaul University with a degree in Business and has over 15 years of experience in sales, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. She reapplied her drive to focus on raising her family, but stayed active in leading the fundraising and sponsorship efforts for schools and Little League. Elizabeth is excited to take on this new role and is looking forward to a bright future with the Panhellenic.
Announcing a new position:
Georgia Arvanitis
Director of Alumni
Georgia was raised in a close-knit, Greek-American household along with her younger sister. She spent the last year as our Director of Scholarships where she guided scholars, worked closely with our Academic Committee, and connected scholars with our mentors. Georgia is a first year law student at University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, and has transitioned to the role of Director of Alumni. In this position, she will enhance our alumni development, spearhead our mentorship events, and help develop our new PanHellenic Young Leaders initiative.
Welcome to our 2 new contracted positions:
Fotini Anastopoulos
Director of Communications
Fotini is a 2019 Scholarship Recipient and is on the Executive Board of the Alumni Board. She currently works for a digital marketing agency in Chicago as a Marketing Consultant. Fotini is a first-generation Greek-American from Norridge. She is a 2020 graduate of Harvard University, where she studied Psychology and Modern Greek. Fotini has been part of the PanHellenic team since April as Director of Communications and is excited to further scale the Foundation’s marketing, communication, and online efforts!
Jordan George
Director of Internships
Jordan is a 2019 Scholarship Recipient and Co-Chair of the Alumni Board's Alumni Weekend and Gala Committee, which helps plan the annual Mentorship Luncheon. He received his undergraduate degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy and Economics in 2020 and is currently pursuing a JD/MBA at Michigan State University. Jordan looks forward to advancing the Foundation's mission and the value it provides to recipients through the role!
