Our new Board members begin their respective three-year terms on Thursday, January 1.

Carrie, an Assistant Vice President at Univest Financial, brings over 20 years of experience in finance, with a particularly high aptitude for team building. She has been a loyal supporter of the PNRC, helping to broker her company’s sponsorship of our Annual Golf Outing, working behind the scenes as an event-day volunteer, and helping to grow awareness and attendance at our Women’s Leadership Brunch. In her spare time, Carrie is a dedicated Rotarian living out the values of service above self every day.

Steven, a Pittsburgh native, leads his business as a Vice President of Dollar Bank’s Commercial Real Estate division. He has specialized in commercial banking since 2013, offering years of experience helping businesses of all sizes prosper in the Pittsburgh North region, and he brings a great passion for community service to the PNRC. A Board member since 2016, Steven chaired the Chamber’s Golf Outing Committee and served as its Treasurer during his most recent term.

My Benefit Advisor


Craig is a Sales Executive at My Benefit Advisor, a PNRC Affinity Program offered by ChamberChoice that creates health insurance options for Chamber member businesses and organizations. He represents My Benefit Advisor at local chambers of commerce throughout Pennsylvania, and he looks forward to serving what he routinely touts as the most active chamber in the Keystone State. He is also a longtime member of the Chamber’s Ambassador Committee, assisting with member recruitment and retention.

Jewel Rozanski

CulturED Travel


Jewel has loved to learn through travel ever since she was little and took trips around the U.S. with her family, many of those excursions rooted in history. Since co-founding CulturED Travel in 2019, she has used her worldview to educate fellow PNRC members on modern, long-distance travel etiquette, and various best practices for travel expense reduction. In 2025, Jewel was nominated for the Chamber’s annual Prestigious Business Leader Award, and she has been a devoted participant in our Women’s Leadership programs while also serving on the 2025 Golf Outing Committee.

Dr Prasad Vemala

Dr. Prasad Vemala

Slippery Rock University


Dr. Vemala was named Dean of SRU’s College of Business on April 15, 2025. Previously, he served as interim dean of the Rockwell School of Business at Robert Morris University, where he spent the last 11 years of his career as both an administrator and professor of finance and management. He holds a doctoral degree in finance and international business (Texas A&M International University), a master’s in computer science and MBA (University of South Dakota), and a bachelor’s in computer engineering (Bangalore University in India). Dr. Vemala looks forward to strengthening the PNRC’s relationships with SRU, an Educational Stakeholder, and other local schools.

Jamie Vivo Belaney

Jamie has worked in the banking industry for over 20 years, including her time as a Senior Banking Leader at Brentwood Bank. In 2025, she was nominated for the PNRC’s Women’s Leadership Excellence Award, and was instrumental in cultivating a collaboration with the Chamber that resulted in Brentwood Bank becoming the Presenting Sponsor of our Women’s Leadership Roundtable Program. Additionally, she is involved in her company’s own Women in Business program, which helps local businesswomen expand their professional networks.
