Meet our Concert for a Cause Honorees Loren & David Kaiserman
Loren Kaiserman is a founding member of the MBJCC and currently serves as a Vice President. During her time on the board, Loren has held positions including the nominating committee, Social Chair for three years, and Co-Chair for Camp Klurman. Loren and David have chaired multiple fundraising initiatives, including Savor, Party for a Purpose and Pedal for a Purpose.
 
As an active member of the community, Loren is involved in several Jewish philanthropies and institutions. She currently serves on the Temple Beth Sholom Security Board and as The Foundation School Liaison. She has co-chaired the TBS Holiday Bazaar, Grandparents Day and the JAFCO Chanukah Drive. Loren serves on the Miami Beach JAFCO Board and is a past board member of Greater Miami Jewish Federation’s Miami Beach Board. Loren is currently an active member of Israel Bonds.
 
Prior to becoming a full-time mom, Loren worked as an Advertising Executive & International Liaison for J. Walter Thompson, New York followed by Senior Marketing & Communications Manager at Perry Ellis International, Miami. Most recently, she was Director of the Greater Miami Region for ORT America.
 
David Kaiserman, a native to Los Angeles, relocated to Miami 15 years ago to join Lennar Corporation. During his tenure at Lennar, David was President of Lennar Ventures and Special Situations Group. There, David directed many of Lennar’s innovation activities across the company--- including the creation of SunStreet (the nation’s leading solar company for new homes. David also led Lennar’s Home Technology strategy, which included the creation of the world’s first Wi-Fi certified home alongside leading technology companies like Apple, Samsung, Amazon, Sonos, Ring, and Lutron, amongst others. David also led Lennar’s Public Policy group, representing the company in front of Congress, the Administration and numerous federal and state government agencies.

David is a noted expert and frequent contributor to The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Bloomberg, CNBC, and others. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Solar Electric Industry Association (SEIA), the national trade group for the Solar Industry and RESNET, the national energy efficiency standards setting body.

Most recently, David formed LOLISK Partners, a family investment firm focused on Last Mile Infrastructure with a focus on Broadband, Power and IoT. He also serves as a Venture Partner of ClearSky, the technology investment fund founded by NextEra, and parent company of Florida Power and Light. Along with Loren, David is also an active member of Israel Bonds.

Loren and David live on Miami Beach with their four wonderful children, Olivia, Leo, Isabel and Stella.
