Jae'da Turner is a Boston native and entrepreneur running Black Owned Bos., a resource and platform highlighting Black-owned businesses, places and spaces. She was inspired to start Black Owned Bos. from her own experiences as a business owner, providing others an opportunity to further their networks. The platform and its community have come a long way since its launch in 2019. To continue its growth and outreach, Jae'da turned to MGCC's Biz-M-Power Grant Program for financial assistance.
