Recap of NEXUS Honors at Triple Play and the Evening's Big Winners

NEXUS members gathered on December 6th for the 2023 NEXUS Honors at the Sheraton Convention Center Hotel in Atlantic City at Triple Play.

In addition to enjoying an evening of networking and refreshments, attendees cheered as as we honored the first ever NEXUS Icon Award recipients. 2023 honorees of this award include George Broome of Ocean County, August "Gus" Norton of Camden County, and Elaine Tursi Williams of Burlington County.

Linette Commisso was honored as the 2023 REALTOR® of the Year and Craig Malone was honored as the 2023 Affiliate of the Year.

Join Open Meeting Discussing Real Estate Appraisal Standards Changes

Join a virtual open meeting on December 12th with The Appraisal Foundation as they discuss some of the biggest changes being made to the bylaws in 35 years and announce new appointees to the Board of Trustees.

The Appraisal Foundation is congressionally authorized to set standards for real estate appraisals and the minimum qualifications for real estate appraisers.

REALTOR® attendance is encouraged as they have been involved in spearheading many of the changes.
