The mission of the 1900 Club is to provide ICGS fathers with the opportunity to participate in programs to further strengthen IC. We seek to promote fellowship and friendship through social events and community service in support of both IC and the Elmhurst community. Through our various social events, including the Christmas Tree Lot and Golf Outing, we are able to raise funds to help fund needed projects at ICGS.

ICGS Athletic Board is an advisory board to the Principal and Athletic Director regarding policies and guidelines for ICGS athletic program, finances, and administration. It is open to all individuals from the IC community who are interested in and committed to maintaining quality athletic programs consistent to the ICGS philosophy.

ICGS Athletic Board Meetings are held at 7pm on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, typically in the Agnesian Room of the Parish Center.  Anyone interested is welcome to attend. Please confirm dates/times and location by contacting Brad Johnson, ICGS Athletic Director athleticdirector@icgradeschoolelmhurst.org

The ICGS Parent’s Club welcomes every grade school parent as a member and volunteer to help raise funds to support our school.  The money raised is used to help operate the school, support teacher bonuses, and provide enhanced student experiences such as career day, the school play and more.  Our largest fundraiser is the "It's Your Lucky Knight" Dinner Dance and Mega Raffle. This year, the Dinner Dance and Raffle drawing will be held on April 29, 2022. Before that, we will have other fun ways to raise money like our monthly "Food for Funds", Buy-In Parties, the Scholastic Book Fair and much more! Your participation is critical and very appreciated! Our meetings are the second Wednesday of every month at 7pm.  Please consider attending and volunteering your time and talent, I am continually impressed by all the amazing skills and ideas our parent community has to offer!

School Board

The ICGS School Board is an advisory board that meets during the first week of every month from September through June. The Board has Marketing & Enrollment and Financial subcommittees that meet in between regular Board meetings, and has a designated liaison to the Parish Financial Committee and to the Parents' Club. Board membership is determined through an application and approval process.

The ICGS School Board sponsors the Annual Appeal which was put in place by the Board in 1993 to create an ongoing fund to pay for periodic capital projects such as renovation of classrooms and locker rooms, the playground, security cameras and doors, fire safety improvements, the dedicated Math/Science/Tech lab, and many other improvements to the learning environment.
