What do you like best about working at CA?
The ability to help serve our clients and their needs. I am very grateful that every day I get to make an impact, in client's lives.
How long have you worked here?
I have been with Children's Advantage a little over 2 and 1/2 years now.
How can you assist staff, what is your specialty?
I am a jack of many trades, a master of none Haha. I help coordinate care between the psychiatric providers within Med Som with the rest of the care team, as well as the clinical staff within Children's Advantage. I along with Nurse Carla, am a direct link to solving multiple problems related to medications, crisis situations, referrals etc.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I love cooking/ baking , that is one of my many passions. I will often be found in the kitchen, as I love to entertain family and friends. I love nature and the outdoors, sometimes taking a moment and listening to the beautiful sound of the birds in the morning, or the crickets at night is a great way to re-center your energy and focus.
Tell us about your family:
I reside in Warren Ohio; I am the oldest of 3, having two younger sisters. I am very blessed to have my fiancée Aaron in my life, we have been Together for a little over 4 years now. This past September we purchased our first house, so we have been busy remodeling, and many other projects. I have two cats which I have inherited through Aaron, and we plan on adding a Dog to the mix in the near future.
What’s a book you've read or podcast you've listened to lately that you’d recommend to others?
Well surprisingly I do not read often. My favorite Author is Mitch Albom. I highly recommend the first phone call from heaven, and or Tuesdays with Morrie.
What’s your favorite show to binge watch?
Yellowstone, Pivoting , Good Girls
What’s the best ice cream flavor?
I am always down for Salted Caramel. As for the brand absolutely love Mitchell's in Avon OH.
