Discount on "Priority Gold Club" Deposits Extended Through
December
At The Pines at
Robbinsville, monthly fees are estimated to be 15 percent lower
than any other local or statewide retirement
communities. The Pines is welcoming senior adults to
be among the first to join the community through its "Priority Gold
Club." Extended through December 31st, the risk-free,
fully refundable deposit has been reduced from the usual $1,000 to
$250. When residents make their reservation deposit
in the Spring of 2011, also fully refundable, they will earn 5
percent interest, plus the first two monthly services fees after
they move in will be waived.
