Meet our fantastic SBTA Coaches

Kendall Murray - SBTA Director of Tennis - former NAIA collegiate player Texas A&M Texarkana - Certified USTA Coaching Level 1-2-3 - Tournament Director and area junior league coordinator

Yetta Williams - Certified USTA Coaching Level 1, working on additional coaching certification, former D2 player in Corpus Christi

Samantha Hayward - former D1 player University of Indiana, has a Masters in Health care administration, but loves coaching in her downtime.

Chandler Prescott - Certified USTA Coaching Level 1 working on additional coaching certification and finishing his pilots license.

FALL SCHEDULE and REGISTRATION

The SBTA Elite Tennis and Education Program

has a new format. With this change we have expanded the number of open spots. All ball colors will be offered Monday through Thursday. Hopefully everyone can secure their days and no one sees the dreaded waitlist message.

Junior Development

5:30–6:30 PM Monday–Thursday

🎾 Junior Development is for beginners ages 5-18. We will be utilizing all ball colors and separating groups based on age & ability.

Junior Competitive 6:30-8:30 PM Monday - Thursday

🏆 Junior Competitive is for tournament players only — including Orange Ball, Green Ball and Yellow Ball tournament players.

Home School STARTS AUG 31!!!

9:30-10:30 AM Monday & Fridays

🎾 Home School is for beginners ages 8–18. We will utilize all ball colors, and players will learn the fundamentals of tennis through fun games and activities!
