Mid-block Crossing Boosts Safety

At a hospital, safety should come first. This new mid-block crossing on 6th St. in Park Slope allows for safer pedestrian movement at the New York Presbyterian-Brooklyn Methodist Hospital campus. It was one of the recommendations in our traffic & parking plan, developed for the hospital and community group Preserve Park Slope, with input from NYC DOT and then-Council Member Brad Lander.
