Ribbon Cutting for Hudson St. Redesign

Hudson St.: from congested expanse of concrete to leafy multimodal boulevard. Utilizing one of NYC's first design-build processes, we were thrilled to lead engineering & construction for this neighborhood-defining effort.

Bedford Green House Opens

We were pleased to lead environmental review for this project, which includes 117 affordable & supportive homes, on-site wraparound social services, a green façade, & a rooftop aquaponic farm. Congratulations to Project Renewal for delivering this innovative affordable and supportive housing development.

Mid-block Crossing Boosts Safety

At a hospital, safety should come first. This new mid-block crossing on 6th St. in Park Slope allows for safer pedestrian movement at the New York Presbyterian-Brooklyn Methodist Hospital campus. It was one of the recommendations in our traffic & parking plan, developed for the hospital and community group Preserve Park Slope, with input from NYC DOT and then-Council Member Brad Lander.
