JENNIFER CARALUZZI


WITH SEAGLASS: RETURN TO CAMELOT (2019)


Hailed by Opera Today as a “polished, soaring soprano,” Jennifer has appeared with The Boston Pops, Opera Theatre of St. Louis, White Snake Projects, and many others. A regular performer with Boston Opera Collaborative, Jennifer has appeared as Stephanie in Jake Heggie’s To Hell and Back and in several short world premieres as part of the company’s Opera Bites festivals. Jennifer is featured in the title role on the critically acclaimed recording of Seymor Barab’s children’s opera, Little Red Riding Hood on Centaur Records. With Eduardo Ramos, she created Duet All Night Cabaret, a one-of-a-kind collaboration that straddles the classical and musical theater genres with a touch of pop. She holds a Masters in Music degree from the New England Conservatory and an MBA in Music Business from Berklee College of Music and Southern New Hampshire University.

EDUARDO RAMOS


SEAGLASS DEBUT


Celebrated for his “extraordinary, clear, and sweet” voice, Eduardo Antonio Ramos Suárez is a versatile tenor from Ponce, Puerto Rico whose work encompasses a wide variety of genres and styles. A graduate of SUNY Fredonia and the New England Conservatory, he has taken the stage to perform numerous operatic roles over the past decade. Eduardo also serves as a frequent roster singer for the local chapters of Opera on Tap and Olde Towne Carolers, as a chorus member for Odyssey Opera, as a singer for Labyrinth Choir, and as a member of Renaissance Men, New England's premier male vocal chamber ensemble. Most recently, Eduardo has partnered with award-winning soprano Jennifer Caraluzzi to co-create Duet All Night Cabaret, a one-of-a-kind theatrical collaboration between two artists who straddle the classical and musical theater genres.

Praised for her "velvety mezzo-­soprano voice" (Pittsburgh in the Round), Emily Harmon was a finalist in the Jette Parker Young Artists Programme at the Royal Opera House at Covent Garden. Emily also recently won Third Place in the Mildred Miller International Voice Competition and was a semifinalist in the James Toland Vocal Arts Competition. In 2019, Emily made her debut as an Apprentice Artist at Central City Opera, where she covered and performed the role of Suziki in Madama Butterfly. Some of Emily's past roles include Susan Veeder (Whaling Women-world premiere), Dido (Dido and Aeneas), the Marquise de Merteuil (The Dangerous Liaisons), Mrs. Lovett (Sweeney Todd), the Old Lady (Candide), and Marcellina (Le nozze di Figaro). In concert, Emily has performed the alto solos in Beethoven's Symphony No.9, Handel's Messiah, and Mozart's Requiem and Coronation Mass


The performance is presented in partnership with DATMA (Design Art Technology Massachusetts) to celebrate the closing weekend of their Shelter 2022 exhibits.

Founded in 1990, Gallery X is a contemporary, cooperative art gallery of visual, performing, and literary artist members and volunteers. Gallery X collaborates with local arts and cultural organizations to promote and stimulate artistic awareness in the community.
