Luz Santiago brings to Molina over a decade of experience in health care, broker development, and community outreach. She has worked with Harmony Health and Family Health Network Medicaid plans, as well as Centene and Devoted Health for Medicare plans.
Luz is especially known for her dedication to supporting and training agents in the field. She has built a strong reputation as a true partner to her brokers, providing hands-on coaching, ongoing training, and personalized support to help them succeed in an ever-changing Medicare landscape.
As a bilingual (English/Spanish) leader with deep ties to the Illinois market, Luz understands the unique needs of our diverse communities and brings a community-first approach to broker engagement. She believes that your success is Molina’s success—and she’s here to make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
Luz attended Western Governor's University with a focus in Business Administration. She enjoys traveling and exploring new foods with her husband and four children.
In her new role at Molina Healthcare as Broker Channel Manager, Luz will be an advocate for agents and agencies, supporting them with:
