The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) invites you to participate in a forum to discuss the recently-released 2023 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) with Bond Gap Financing (BGF) draft guidelines and processes. The draft Guidelines can be found on OHFA’s website here. OHFA’s 4% LIHTC team will walk through the draft guidelines to seek input on everything from threshold requirements to competitive criteria.

Participants will be given the opportunity to express their views regarding the draft Bond Gap Financing Guidelines. If you are unable to attend the meeting comments may also be submitted in writing to 4PercentComments@ohiohome.org.
OHFA will accept comments on the draft guidelines beginning Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) through Friday, June 2, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Comments may be submitted in writing to 4PercentComments@ohiohome.org.
