Meeting Recap: Miami Beach Promenade

The City of Miami Beach conducted a virtual meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, to review community feedback on planned improvements to the Miami Beach Promenade and to present the latest concept designs. The project area spans the portion of the Promenade behind the oceanfront properties along Collins Avenue from 24 to 29 Streets.


Following a presentation by Curtis + Rodgers Design Studio, attendees were given the opportunity to provide comments and ask questions regarding the proposed concepts.
