Dear sisters and brothers in Christ Jesus, part of a growing repentance remnant globally,
To address the catastrophic drought in the Western States of the USA, to build up His Bride in the process, to call on His Word for His Solution [ 2 Chronicles 7:13-14] NDR invites you to join us on a 40 day "repentance journey."
Each day starting this Saturday August 7 we will post a sin which the Lord would have us confess and remove through personal repentance. These 40 days will lead us to the Day of Atonement on Yom Kippur September 15.
Repentance needs to be practiced. How else will we, His Bride, be cleansed? We are to be "doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves." ~James 1:22.
And what is the Word from the Risen Christ? He calls us to be zealous to repent ~Revelation 3:19.
...IF My people who are called by My Name humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, THEN I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. ~ 2 Chronicles 7:14
Prayer is powerful but sin blocks it. Psalm 66:18; Isaiah 59:1-2: " Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, or his ear dull, that it cannot hear; but your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you so that he does not hear."
The first of the 40 days addresses the first of 7 abominations to the Lord: pride.
Take time with the Lord each day to ask Him where a particular sin issue may first surfaced in your life. Once you see it you'll have the choice to confess it. He'll forgive you. Then you'll have the choice to remove it, repenting with your free will, replacing it with His Word.

Next Wednesday at 2 PM Eastern USA time we will hold , God willing, another one hour Zoom repentance call, dealing with one specific sin stronghold. Using Scripture and five minutes of private time with the Holy Spirit, participants can choose to confess that issue and then repent. It's private, but as anyone wishes to share, the fellowship builds and the LOVE and fellowship surfaces exquisitely.
