Today I officially celebrate 10 years in the real estate business, and what a wild ride it's been! Many of you have known me since my rental days -- when I was posting 100s of Craigslist ads on Sunday nights and running around the city renting apartments. And September 1st... OMG nowadays I still revel in the joy every Labor Day weekend when I am away enjoying some much-needed downtime at the beach, thinking THANK GOODNESS I am as far away from the city as possible! HA. Needless to say, I do NOT miss those days. But they were some darn good memories!
Those of you who have stuck by my side since, I know you did it because you liked me and the way I did business, even if it was just a rental lease. But mostly because you TRUSTED me.
These relationships and this trust are so much a part of how I've gotten to where I am today. Without the loyalty and support of all of you, your business and your referrals..
I wouldn't be selling real estate!
In 2018 I am proud to say that
I sold over 50 homes and closed over $40 million in sales, ranking me the #1 solo agent in my office for the second year in a row and #4 in our region of thousands of agents.
So all I can say is THANK YOU! For believing in me, for calling me in the first place,
for writing that 5-star review, and for trusting me to help you, your friends and family, your colleagues...
I've said it before and I'll say it again,
