Melissa Ng is a Tapco Marketing Representative and Underwriter in Santa Ana, California. She works to promote top classes of business to the right agents and provides insightful agent training across Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

Melissa joined Tapco in 2016 and has been a part of the insurance industry for more than 15 years. Before transitioning to CRC Group, she served as a Marketing Representative for Progressive and Carnegie General. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Fresno State and a CISR designation from the National Alliance. Known for enabling agents to grow their business, Melissa is always looking for opportunities to cross-sell products so that agents never leave money on the table. She truly loves building strong relationships and helping agents succeed.
