Dear Members,
This is a call for action for all Pennsylvania CERTS recipients: we need your help to add more Pennsylvania Representatives as co-sponsors of H.R. 7477, a bill to make the CERTS grants non- taxable.
Please, if you have not yet reached out to your Representative in Congress, take action now. If you have already done outreach to your Representative, we urge you to do so again. We only have 7 co-sponsors from PA on this, out of the 18. We have previously reached out to our membership and have sent numerous letters to Representatives from PBA, but we need more. Specifically, there are 3 people: Smucker, Boyle, Evans on the Ways and Means Committee that we want to co-sponsor.
The election is a month away – all outreach matters to your Representatives who are running for office, they need to hear from you.
