Accommodation Association is pleased to support driving events to Melbourne.
For a limited time, Melbourne Convention Bureau (MCB) with support from the Victorian State Government is offering eligible event organisers up to $25,000 to offset costs for hosting their event in Australia’s event’s capital Melbourne.
This significant cash injection can be put towards accommodation, venue hire, transport and other event costs, with 50 per cent of payable before the event commence to support upfront expenses.
Business event organisers from anywhere in Australia can apply for funding. Eligible events include conferences, exhibitions or tradeshows, workshops and seminars, as well as corporate meetings and incentive group events with a business event program.
Grants are available for a limited time with applications closing 30 June 2021, or when available funding is exhausted if sooner.
