Coordinated Entry Leadership Change

Today we are celebrating two Community Council Staff Members from our Coordinated Entry team, Jamie Flores and Delayna Theissen.

Jamie has been our Coordinated Entry Project Manager since the inception of Coordinated Entry in 2018. She has built an amazing program over the past 5 years as she moves on to a new opportunity with one of our partner agencies. Jamie will be greatly missed and leaves big shoes to fill. We wish Jamie the best of luck as she continues to serve those in our community.

We are excited to share that Delayna will be stepping into the role of Coordinated Entry Project Manager. Delayna has been a CE Team Lead and Case Manager. Delayna is excited about the new opportunity and leading the amazing Coordinated Entry team.

Thursdays in February.
