New Heart Community Church

Love Christ, love others, live life on purpose.

A message from Pastor Dwayne Petty:

New Heart Community Church exists to provide community as we seek to love Christ, love others, and live life on purpose. Our community here is diverse, warm, and loving.

We want to provide a safe place for people to come and ask questions and learn about God and the Bible. Our Sunday services are casual, with messages that are applicable to your everyday life. We offer small groups during the week to facilitate relationships with other people, as well as grow spiritually.

What is service like?

  • We like to have fun here at New Heart! The pastor usually tells a joke or two during his message, and often pokes fun at himself.
  • We provide a message outline to make it easy to follow along. It also reassures the audience that the pastor has a plan and is not just rambling.
  • We also have free coffee and tea available for the service.

We offer many opportunities for you and your family to get involved that are designed to grow and strengthen your faith.

If you need a free Bible, come be our guest!

The best way to reach us with questions - call me at 510-825-1965 or send an email to dpetty@newheart.com.

New Heart Community Church is expanding its children and youth groups.

They offer a Sunday morning class for middle and high schoolers. Students join the congregation for worship and then are dismissed to their classroom down the hall for engaging, Bible-based discussions. Children (babies –5th grade) will have fun learning about the Bible in safe, age-appropriate environments in Adventureland.

They like to have a monthly event.

This Month's Youth Event: Youth Group Movie Night!

February 27th, 5:30-8:30 pm, in the Children's Building.

Special note to families: This is an opportunity for you to drop off your young children and enjoy a night out! Or you can run errands or clean your house uninterrupted! The choice is yours!

Please RSVP to sign up so they can ensure there are enough adult helpers. Call (707) 502-2443 to RSVP. Dinner & popcorn will be provided.
