Project Excellence Teacher Nominations
It is that time of year when Area Progress Council seeks nominations for excellent educators throughout Warren County public schools.

The members of Area Progress Council believe that excellence in education is achieved by encouraging high standards of performance. To recognize public school teachers who have achieved these goals an endowment was established in 1987. Annually a portion of the earnings are utilized to identify, recognize and reward selected educators.

A teacher cannot be selected if they are not nominated, enclosed is a 2019 Project Excellence nomination form for your use. An electronic on-line version is available at  . Please help spread the word and encourage your friends and family to nominate a teacher. Nominations close February 28.

The 32nd Annual Recognition Banquet will be held May 1at the Warren County Career Center – invitations will be mailed prior to the event.

We are more than a gym: we are a cause. We provide innovative outreach programs in undeserved communities, tackle the achievement gap for elementary school children, and develop health initiatives that fight obesity in children and chronic diseases in adults. In addition to supporting Countryside YMCA's financial assistance program as a whole, the proceeds from this year's event will directly impact camp scholarships, swimming lessons, and youth development initiatives.
